Anti – Ragging Cell

NSS College, Nemmara, upholds a stringent policy of zero-tolerance towards any form of ragging, both within the campus premises and in its immediate vicinity. In alignment with the guidelines set forth by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the college maintains a well-established Discipline and Anti-Ragging Cell, charged with the crucial responsibility of ensuring the maintenance of decorum and discipline among students. This dedicated cell conducts regular patrols and surveillance in all classrooms, diligently monitoring for any signs of delinquent behavior or instances of ragging and eve-teasing. Swift and severe punitive actions are taken against those found culpable of engaging in such deplorable activities, leaving no room for leniency. The institute’s unwavering commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing academic environment is underscored by its proactive approach to combatting ragging, firmly asserting that such behavior will not be tolerated. By actively fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and empathy, the college endeavors to provide students with an environment conducive to personal growth and scholastic excellence, where every individual is treated with dignity and reverence.
