The Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP), launched by the Government of Kerala, is a proactive initiative aimed at addressing the pressing issue of rising unemployment in the state. This program is designed to empower selected college students with essential skills in communication, information technology, and specific industry and service sectors. Skill Development Executives, identified by the Government or industry, conduct the classes under ASAP, ensuring a comprehensive and industry-relevant learning experience for the students. Additionally, the ‘Summer Skill Skool’ Programme, a part of ASAP, offers final year undergraduate students an invaluable opportunity to enhance their employability skills in specific areas, paving the way for immediate job prospects. Nirmalagiri College proudly serves as an authorized training center under this pioneering program, contributing to the development of a skilled and employable workforce in the region.<\/div>\n
