The Institutional Complaints Committee (ICC) assumes a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of policies, both in their literal interpretation and their spirit, with a keen focus on fostering a safe and inclusive environment within the institution. Central to its function is the prompt and accurate reporting of complaints, facilitating a transparent and efficient grievance redressal process. The ICC operates with meticulous follow-up procedures, ensuring that all complaints are thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions are taken to address and resolve them in a fair and impartial manner. Moreover, the committee actively promotes awareness and education on matters related to harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, empowering members of the academic community to identify and report such incidents with confidence. By fostering an environment of trust and accountability, the ICC plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the rights and well-being of individuals, contributing to the overall welfare and integrity of the institution.<\/p>\n
